Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website at thetechspectrum.com (“the Site”), or by engaging The Tech Spectrum for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

The Tech Spectrum provides digital growth services including website development, Shopify development, digital marketing, and automation. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for any client engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse any project or engagement at our discretion.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, design, logos, and code — is the property of The Tech Spectrum and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables produced for them as specified in the project agreement. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, open-source libraries) remain subject to their respective licences.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and timely feedback during the project.
• Ensuring they have the right to use any assets, content, or materials provided to us.
• Complying with all applicable laws in connection with their use of our deliverables.

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit of 50% is required before work commences, with the remainder due on project completion. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with applicable EU law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tech Spectrum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. In the event of termination, the client is liable for fees covering all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of the country in which The Tech Spectrum is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any EU consumer protection rights you may hold.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
